How much RAM does a BigChadGuys Plus server need?

BigChadGuys Plus asks for 6 to 8 GB on the client, mostly for its built-in shaders and Terralith world generation. The server carries Cobblemon, Terralith and the farming, cooking and decoration mods: 4 GB (Stone) is enough for two or three friends, 6 GB (Iron) is the sweet spot for a group, and 8 GB (Diamond) if you're hosting a big cozy town. Shaders stay on the clientThe pack's built-in shaders are why it asks clients for so much RAM. The server does none of that work — size it for players and chunks, not for the pretty.

Pre-generate the neighbourhoodTerralith terrain is the server's main load. A one-off Chunky run around spawn from the Add-ons tab keeps the first week of exploring smooth.

BCG+ is Cobblemon inside a cozy life sim with a town economy and shaders. The Cobblemon Official Modpack is Cobblemon as its team ships it, light and close to vanilla; COBBLEVERSE is the full Pokémon game with regions and gyms. Which plan should I pick?
