The pack's own guidance is at least 6 GB with 8 to 12 recommended, and a server is no different. Two or three friends get by on 6 GB (Iron); 8 GB (Diamond) is the honest sweet spot for a group, and 12 GB (Obsidian) only pays off past eight or so players. The order picker reads the pack's minimum and won't offer a plan below it.

Which plan should I pick for DawnCraft?

Diamond (8 GB) for a group; Iron (6 GB) if it's two or three of you. The order picker reads the pack's minimum and blocks anything smaller, so you can't accidentally undersize it.

Can I run DawnCraft on a 4 GB plan?

No — that's below the pack's own minimum, and the picker won't offer it. Plans resize later without losing the world, so start at 6 GB and grow if the crew does.

Do my friends need DawnCraft installed?

Yes — everyone installs the same version through the CurseForge app. Vanilla Minecraft can't join a modded server; the join link on your dashboard names the exact version to grab.

Can I bring an existing DawnCraft world?
