DarkRPG on a server
How much RAM does a DarkRPG server need?
DarkRPG is built for servers and, by big-pack standards, for performance: Fabric 1.20.1 with an MMO's worth of systems — quests, origins, classes, currency, auction houses, parties — layered on top. 4 GB (Stone) runs a few friends; 6 GB (Iron) is the sweet spot for a group using the party system and exploring together; 8 GB (Diamond) for a busy roleplay server with a dozen players. The order picker reads the pack's minimum and highlights a safe plan.
On HostGoblin that starts at $13.99/mo with the Stone plan (4 GB RAM) — and resizing later keeps your world.

DarkRPG hosting FAQ
Which plan should I pick for DarkRPG?
Iron (6 GB) for a group, Stone (4 GB) for two or three friends. The picker blocks plans below the pack's minimum.
Can we run it as a public roleplay server?
Yes. Turn the whitelist off from the Overview tab when you're ready and share the address. The sizes above assume a friend group — size up for a public server, and resizing later keeps the world.
Do my friends need DarkRPG installed?
Yes — everyone installs the same Fabric edition and version through the CurseForge app. Vanilla Minecraft can't join a modded server.
Can Bedrock or console players join?
No — DarkRPG is a Java Edition modpack. Bedrock, console and phone editions can't load Java mods.
